1. Introduction
By booking and receiving services from BEAUTY REFINED, you agree to the following Salon Policies. These policies may be updated from time to time, and it's your responsibility to review them periodically.
1 . Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing their deposit.
No-shows will lose their deposit.
2. Payment
Payments are due at the time of the service.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash
3. Health & Safety
Clients must complete a consultation form prior to any treatments to ensure they are suitable for the service.
It’s your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are currently taking.
BEAUTY DEFINED reserves the right to refuse service if we feel it’s unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
4. Photos & Service Documentation
Photos may be taken before and after your service as part of our treatment documentation.
These photos help us ensure quality service and track progress.
Clients may request that their photos not be used on social media or for promotional purposes.
All images will be stored securely and used professionally in line with our privacy policy.
5. Refunds & Complaints
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within the time frame given depending on your treatment to discuss.
6. Changes to Beauty Policy
BEAUTY REFINED reserves the right to update or modify this Salon Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
